Privacy Policy

This site belongs to Christian Olson, one person working from Clinton, Arkansas, who serves contractors across the US. When this page says "we" or "us," it means Christian. This policy covers christianolson.org and the texts and calls that come to (501) 365-6845.
1. What this site collects
The site has no contact form, no sign-in, and no store. It doesn't ask you for your name or any details.
It does count visits. Google Analytics counts visits and taps on the phone number. The site also keeps its own visit records on our server. Those records hold your IP address and approximate location, your device and browser type, the page you came from, how far down each page you scrolled, and which sections you spent time on. They also hold a code that lets us recognize the same device when it comes back. Google handles Analytics data under its own privacy policy.
Microsoft Clarity also runs on the site. It records how visitors use the pages, such as where they tap and how far they scroll, and it can play a visit back as a recording. Microsoft handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Our fonts are hosted on this site, so loading a page doesn't send your visit to a font company. The map at the bottom of each page is a Google Maps embed. When it loads, your browser asks Google for the map, and Google handles that request under its own privacy policy.
You reach Christian by texting or calling (501) 365-6845. When you do, he gets your phone number and whatever you send or say. The home page also has a booking calendar for a 15-minute call. It is a Google Calendar booking page shown inside our page. When you book, you type your name, email, phone number, business name, and trade into Google's form. Google handles that under its own privacy policy, and Christian gets what you entered so he can call you.
2. What we do with it
We use your number and messages to:
- reply to you,
- schedule a call with you,
- run the service for you if you become a client, and
- see which pages people read, so we can make the site better.
3. We don't sell personal information
Christian Olson doesn't sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Our clients' business data
A client's calls, texts, forms, and customer records pass through the system we run for them. We handle that data to run the client's service. It stays the client's data.
5. Seeing or deleting what we hold
You can ask to see what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Text or call (501) 365-6845 and say what you'd like.
6. Children
This site and the service are for contractors running a business. They aren't meant for anyone under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when something here changes, such as adding a tracking tool. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
