Terms of Service
Effective
These terms cover christianolson.org and the contractor marketing service sold by Christian Olson, one person working from Clinton, Arkansas, for contractors across the US. When these terms say "we" or "us," they mean Christian. "You" means a visitor to this site or, where the terms talk about the service, a client.
1. The service
Christian Olson sells one system for contractors. It includes:
- missed-call text back and call answering with an AI receptionist,
- one lead list for every call, text, and form,
- your Google Business Profile and reviews,
- a contractor website, and
- Google Maps ranking work.
2. Price
The service costs $997 a month. There's one plan. Your $997 price is locked for life.
Texts, call minutes, and AI use are billed as you use them, on top of the $997.
3. No setup fee and no contract
There's no setup fee. There's no contract, either. You can cancel any month, so the most you risk is one month.
4. The 7-day promise
Your system and website go live within 7 days of your approval, or you get your money back.
The promise covers the system and website going live. It doesn't cover rankings.
5. No promise of rankings, calls, or jobs
Google Maps ranking work is part of the service, but results aren't promised. We don't promise any ranking, any number of calls, or any number of jobs.
6. Free month for a referral
You get one free month for each contractor you refer who signs up and stays 30 days.
7. What stays whose if you cancel
- Your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and your customer records stay yours. We export them for you on request.
- Your domain stays yours if you bought it. If we bought it for you, it's ours.
- The website stays ours, because it's on our hosting.
8. Using this site
The content on this site is general information. You use the site at your own risk.
9. Arkansas law
Arkansas law governs these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
